Changes from Original Release:
- Most java files for DOM habe been removed due
to jdk 1.4. already has em all
- Some minor changes to work with jdk 1.4 (f.e. changing Streams
to Writer)
- added subtree processing without html and body
- added CORINIS Tags in the tag dictionary and some attributes

This is not the original release from the JTIDY Developers.
It has been altered to run under JDK 1.4 and customized to allow
quite a few special Tags used in the Corinis CCM Template
Structure.
