Update 2.01:

CMS:
- resolve the "Parameter CmsFileManager_fields not defined!" Error with the Image-Library
- some fixes for saving with IE and complex cms templates
- minor speed improvements
- better support for pdf creation
- improved caching of xsl templates

Buddylist:
- user cannot add themselves to the buddylist any more
- guest users can not use buddylist
