The profiler manages the user-profiles. It consists of information available or required for each user (defined by the administrator). The profiler enables searching for or grouping users by their profile. Users can easily be grouped for example by their functions.

Profiles can be static, i. e. they are created by the user and/or the administrator or they are created dynamically. For example the user's interests based on the navigation on the web-site can be stored and automatic actions can be triggered. The profiler can therefore be used for personalization.
