For collaboration-solutions a todolist is an important part. Administrate all tasks occurring during a project or in daily business-life. Responsibilities define the assignement of tasks. In combination with the workflow- and the event-functionality provided by the Core Server tasks can automatically be included in todolists. For example when - in the CMS - edited pages must be cleared, the responsible person receives an automatic entry in the todolist. Service-request, orders, ... are easily dispatched to the responsible person and can be tracked until they're done.

With the Core Server Professional external todolists may be included and data may be exchanged with them. Also tasks and events in external systems can trigger automatic entries in the todolist.
